All hair care items are non-returnable unless damaged upon receipt. Damaged goods must be in original condition, in the original packaging with all tags attached and odor-free.
If item is damaged upon receipt, we offer store credit for the full amount. You may use the store credit for any purchase.
(* If free shipping was offered on your original order, the original shipping fee will be subtracted from your return credit.
We are not responsible for the return shipping fee of the merchandise and the shipping fee of the exchange order.
Returning Your Purchase for Exchange
You must request an Return Authorization within 7 days of receipt.

You will receive an Return Authorization Number along with the address to ship to.
Please send the return items in a box, not in an envelope.
Do not write anything or apply any tape on the box or package.
When returning your return item, we do recommend saving your tracking number as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
You may return a wig or hair piece, still new condition, unworn, except for trying on, within 7 days of delivery for a store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to your return. Shipping fees for return are buyers responsibility. Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable.
You should expect to receive your store credit within 2-4 weeks of RBS receiving your package, however, in many cases you will receive a credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
